Looking at this charming Tudor-style home, you might think the recent two-story addition was part of the original structure.
That's because Aesthetic took such care to match the existing vintage brick and stucco—and created custom-milled interior trim that exactly duplicated a product no longer being produced.
Built over a brick-faced crawl space, this project features a first-floor sunroom with unique ceramic tile floor, a second-floor master bedroom and bath, major interior renovations, and a cedar deck. Windows were also enlarged by cutting through 8-inch masonry walls.
