The impressive three-story addition to this turn-of-the-century home includes basement space, a first-floor kitchen with soap stone counters and cork flooring, a master bedroom and bath, plus a side porch and covered back porch with stairs.
Painstaking craftsmanship was required to recreate the 90-year-old-interior trim, which is no longer available commercially—and to match the detail of the exposed exterior rafters and period stucco finishes.
